  • Users can rate and review services

We act as an intermediary platform and do not directly provide drone services or guarantee the quality of services provided by users.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

5. Drone Services and Job Postings

5.1 Pilot Responsibilities

Pilots are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance
  • Complying with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and local laws
  • Accurately representing their skills, experience, and qualifications
  • Fulfilling any agreements made with job posters
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their services

5.2 Job Poster Responsibilities

Job posters are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate job descriptions and requirements
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Fulfilling any agreements made with pilots
  • Ensuring they have proper authorization for drone operations on their property

5.3 No Guarantee of Services

RuralDroneJobs.com does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by pilots. We are not responsible for the performance of services or the outcome of any agreements between users.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RuralDroneJobs.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you post on the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.

7. Payment and Fees

Currently, RuralDroneJobs.com does not charge fees for basic use of the platform. We reserve the right to implement fees in the future with appropriate notice to users. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before they take effect.

All financial transactions between pilots and job posters are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. RuralDroneJobs.com is not involved in payment processing or disputes between users.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RURALDRONEJOBS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties. RuralDroneJobs.com is not responsible for resolving disputes between users.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of North Dakota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
